Return Policy

All International sales are final.

Full retail priced items: may be returned for a full refund to original payment, less the shipping cost, if back in store within 10 days of receiving the item. After 10 days restocking fees apply (see below).

Sale items: may be exchanged or returned for store credit, less the shipping cost, ONLY. Sale items 50% off or more will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee increases if the item is not back in store within 10 days (see below).

Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

If you paid full retail price for an item and and you would like a refund or you wish to exchange / receive store credit on a sale item, you may request a return authorization. Please follow instructions below:


To request permission for a Return Authorization (RA) number please email [email protected], and include:

    1. Your name
    2. The product item number or name, size and color
    3. Your order number
    4. Reason for the return and
    5. What form of return you are requesting (Exchange, Store Credit, Refund)

This RA number must be written on the outside of the box in LARGE BLACK LETTERS.

If an RA is granted you will receive a full refund (less shipping cost) to the credit card used at the time of purchase or a store credit for a sale item. 

All returns/ exchanges must arrive back to the store within 10 days of receiving the item(s), with tags on and in new condition, or re-stocking fees will apply.

Restocking Fees:

After 10 days: If the item does not arrive back at the store within 10 days after receiving it, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

After 20 days: If the item arrives back at the store more than 20 days after receiving it, you will be given a store credit and the restocking fee will be raised to 20%.

After 30 days: Items that arrive back at the store 30 days after receiving it are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Store credits and exchanges may be redeemed either in our store or over the phone using our toll free number, 1-877-297-1213. Packages must arrive back in store before an exchange can be sent out.
