If you have paid full retail price for an item and it is not correct you may request a return authorization following the procedure below.
To request permission for a Return Authorization (RA) number please email email@example.com, and include:
Once an RA has been has been granted, you will be issued an RA number.
This RA number must be written on the outside of the box in large black marker.
If an RA is granted you will receive a full refund (less shipping cost) to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
All returns must arrive back to the store within 10 days of receiving the item(s), with tags on and in new condition, or re-stocking fees will apply.
If the item does not arrive in the store 10 days after receiving it, you will receive store credit, less the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
If the item arrives back to the store 20 days or more after receiving it, the restocking fee will be raised to 20%.
Items that arrive back to the store 30 days after receiving it are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
