All returns must arrive back to the store within 10 days of receiving the item(s), with tags on and in new condition, or re-stocking fees will apply.

All International sales are final.

All Sale item sales are final.

To request permission for a Return Authorization (RMA) number please email clothing@startingate.net, and include:

1. your name
2. the product item number
3. your order number and
4. reason for the return

If a Return Authorization is granted you will receive a full refund (less shipping cost) to the credit card used.

If the item does not arrive in the store 10 days after receiving it, you will receive store credit, less the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

If the item arrives back to the store 20 days or more after receiving it, the restocking fee will be raised to 20%.

Items that arrive back to the store 30 days after receiving it are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
